State Of The Art Home Depot Warehouse Completed by FCL!!!
October 31, 2011. FCL Builders recently completed the new Home Depot Distribution Facility located at the Joliet Intermodal Complex. This facility has a state of the art conveyor system that runs through the 660,000 square foot building. All construction including conveyors was performed by crafts from the Will & Grundy Counties Building Trades Council! Click Here For The Pictures.
Olivet Nazarene University signs TRCA PLA!
April 25, 2011. Olivet Nazarene University has signed the Three Rivers Construction Alliance 'Blueprint For Success' Project Labor Agreement for upcoming work at their campus. Olivet is located in Bourbonnais and has selected P.S.I. to do the Construction Management.

The Three Rivers Construction Alliance is a labor-management cooperative composed of representative construction industry organizations and is committed to quality craftsmanship and professional contracting in Will, Grundy, Kankakee and Iroquois counties in Illinois.
Formed in 1988, the Alliance is a vital resource for developers of any size project and works to promote the Blueprint For Success, a Labor-Management Project Agreement that encourages an atmosphere of on-the-job safety and communication. |
