The Three Rivers Construction Alliance is a labor-management cooperative composed of representative organized construction industry organizations, and is committed to quality craftsmanship and professional contracting in Will, Grundy, Kankakee and Iroquois Counties in Illinois.

Formed in 1988, the Alliance is a vital resource for developers of any size project, and works to promote the Blueprint For Success – a Labor-Management Project Agreement that encourages an atmosphere of on-the-job safety and communication. The Alliance also serves area schools and career centers to educate students and adults on the career opportunities available in the union construction industry.
