The Three Rivers Construction Alliance welcomes the opportunity to bring together the construction customer, union contractors, and building trades representatives in order to arrive at an agreement that insures cooperation between labor and management in the Three Rivers area of Northern Illinois. It means changing the way we do business. It means working together to get the job completed with superior construction on time and within budget. The Labor-Management Agreement offered by the Three River Construction Alliance is a signed mutual commitment between participating contractors and unions whose signatures represent pride, skill, professionalism and integrity of the organized construction industry. The Three Rivers Construction Alliance recommends entering into a Labor-Management Project Agreement prior to starting construction as the most desirable option to guarantee a successful and problem-free construction project. However, the "Blueprint for Success," provides for Alliance intervention during any construction phase in order to promote and preserve harmonious relations between the customer, the community, and the unionized construction industry.
